It seems that everyone in Trenton is looking to throw a party. Here are some regular events in the area:

Trenton2nite

Every second Friday of the month is Trenton2Nite a place for everyone to enjoy the great things the city has to offer. Music, food, curiosities, local vendors and businesses, restaurants and musicians come out to celebrate this great event, centered on Warren Street between Front and Lafayette.

You can check the Trenton Downtown Association's website to see what events are planned.

The Downtown association compiled a CD of the great music which has been at the event over the last 20 years called Tracks of Promise.

 

Wednesday on Warren

Wednesdays On Warren (WOW) is a lunchtime celebration on S. Warren St. that begins in May. Every Wednesday in May music, art, history tours, authors, and vendors congregate on S. Warren St. to show their wares, talk eat and play. This May begins WOW Taste of Trenton restaurant promotion where local restaurants will be providing a taste of Trenton. Have lunch in the area and listen to some great local music.

Gallery 125

Gallery 125 is run by the Trenton Downtown Association and is a place for local artists of all types to display their works. Details of current and future exhibitions can be found at the TDA website.

 

Trenton Q Night

Trenton Q Nite, sponsored by the Trenton Gay and Lesbian Civic Association, puts on live performances (music, spoken-word) from 7-10 p.m. every Friday night at Cafe Ole, 126 S. Warren St. This is a short walk across Mill Hill Park from Mill Hill. There is a suggested $5 donation at the door to support the artists and TGLCA.
